Liam Gallagher comes from one of the “most musical cities” in England, Manchester, which is where he formed the band Oasis with his brother Noel in 1991. With seven multi-platinum albums, selling a combined total of 77 million copies, they became an absolute sensation of the 1990s and cemented themselves as one of the best-selling bands of all time.
After Oasis, Gallagher, fronted rock band Beady Eye who had success with two top five albums and in 2017 Liam’s very first solo LP ‘As You Were’, shot to the top of the charts around the world. It debuted at number one in the UK and outsold the rest of the top 10 UK Albums Chart combined and achieved gold certification in its first week in the process. It has been highly acclaimed by both critics and the public across the globe.
